Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) and Llewellyn Systems Inc (“Llewellyn Systems,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your access to and use of ODE Sports, including the AI operations agents, performance analytics tools, operations dashboards, all associated software, APIs, documentation, and services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Definitions

  • “AI Agents” means the specialized operations agents operated as part of ODE Sports: SCOUT, PLAYBOOK, TRAINER, ARENA, FANBASE, and LEAGUE.
  • “Customer Data” means all data, content, and information submitted by Customer to the Services, including athlete performance data, scouting reports, game plans, facility schedules, and fan engagement data.
  • “Services” means the ODE Sports platform, including all AI agents, dashboards, analytics, APIs, and related documentation.

2. Service Description

2.1 Platform. ODE Sports provides AI-powered operations management for sports organizations through 6 specialized AI agents that automate talent scouting, game strategy, athlete wellness monitoring, facility operations, fan engagement, and league scheduling.

2.2 Subscription Tiers. Services are offered in three tiers: Team ($499/mo, 2 agents), League ($1,499/mo, 4 agents), and Enterprise (custom pricing, 6 agents). Each tier includes the agents and features described on our pricing page.

2.3 Not Medical Advice. ODE Sports is an operations platform. TRAINER provides workload analytics and injury risk indicators but does not provide medical diagnoses, treatment plans, or clinical recommendations. All medical decisions must be made by qualified healthcare professionals.

3. Data Ownership

3.1 Your Data. You retain all rights to your Customer Data. We do not claim ownership of athlete performance data, scouting reports, game plans, or any other data you submit to the Services.

3.2 Model Training. We do not use your Customer Data to train our AI models. Aggregated, de-identified operational patterns may be used to improve service quality.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Services for gambling, sports betting, insider trading of sports-related securities, circumventing league rules, or any unlawful purpose. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Services complies with all applicable league rules, governing body regulations, and laws.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Llewellyn Systems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of profits, athlete injuries, game outcomes, or competitive disadvantage arising from your use of the Services.
